The senior members of St Luke's, mostly retired people, play a full and active part in all aspects of church life.
As well as being welcome and lively members of all church groups, there is one monthly meeting (Evergreens) which is run primarily for the senior members of the church and local community.

Evergreens
Evergreens meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 3-5pm for a tea party, short service and an interesting talk or activity. Past talks and activities have included: organ recitals, regular ‘Bring & Buy Sales’, a virtual tour of the British Museum, travel stories, local area talks, and people talking about their work in different professions.
Every Christmas there is a special Christmas lunch and in the summer there is a Garden Party.
